Pokémon Go has a new Special Research Task set, titled “Let’s Go,” which is the same name as the event that brought it to the game (confusing!).
The research is free, and you have until June 1 to claim it. Once you log in and begin, it’ll stick around forever, so there’s no rush in completing it.
The rewards are completely free, and sees the debut of the Master Ball. Thankfully, tasks are easy enough to complete, so it’s worth completing as you play your usual amount of Pokémon Go. In other words — no specific need to grind!
Below, we’ve listed out the steps to the “Let’s Go” Special Research, which was concluded on May 22, 2023, with the introduction of steps four to six.
Let’s Go step 1 of 6
Rewards: 1,500 XP, Mankey encounter
Let’s Go step 2 of 6
Rewards: 2,000 XP, Meditite encounter
Let’s Go step 3 of 6
Rewards: 2,500 XP, Machoke encounter
Let’s Go step 4 of 6
Rewards: 1,000 XP, 1,000 Stardust
Let’s Go step 5 of 6
Rewards: Master Ball, 1,000 Stardust, 1000 XP
Let’s Go step 5 of 6
Rewards: 3,000 Stardust, 3,000 XP
Remember, you have until the end of the season (up until 10 a.m. local time on June 1) to start the above quest. And with a Master Ball up for grabs, you won’t want to miss it!
